Our Macclesfield Office is situated on Church Street. Our area spreads across Macclesfield, North Staffordshire and South Cheshire towns of Biddulph, Congleton & Stoke on Trent.
Accredited to The National Approved Letting Scheme ( NALS ) we are committed to offering clearly defined standards of customer service. We welcome the Governments intention to require all agents to be part of an Ombudsman Scheme and of course, as a NALS firm we are already fully compliant and registered with the Property Ombudsman. We are also registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) providing our clients with the assurance that their money is protected by a Client Money Protection Scheme.
Mark Askey & Mark Sutcliffe the Owners are also Independent Mortgage Advisers with over 37 years experience each.
Our businesses sit side by side on the High Street offering a one stop shop for all our clients. In addition to the Estate Agency, Lettings and Property Management we also provide Independent Advice covering Mortgages and all types of Insurances. Through our professional partners our ever expanding group also offers access to Legal Advice, Debt Management Solutions and we also have an onsite chartered accountant at our High Street building.
We are very well established members of the business community with many connections both Commercially and Socially. We are both well known in the area through our many activities from involvement with Sport and the Local Schools. Mark Askey has strong family links with the local Football Club 'Macclesfield Town' stretching back over 30 years with his Brother 'John Askey' being the current First Team Manager.
