We strongly recommend due diligence when choosing your letting agent. Property management needs to be 24/7, not Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Tenancy agreements should be absolutely watertight in their protection of landlords’ interests, drawn up and ratified by specialist tenancy lawyers. Legislation regarding deposit protection, gas safety and other issues should be known and understood. By choosing a specialist letting agent, you will have the necessary peace of mind.

Sally, our negotiator, had the good fortune to marry a Yorkshireman. This secured her early release from Martin & Co. Nottingham and allowed her to relocate to God's own country, where she has accumulated more local knowledge in two and a half years than most locals do in a lifetime. Rosie, our Property Manager, has the unenviable task  of sorting all maintenance issues on our ever growing managed portfolio. This is a delicate balance between tenants' urgent requirements and landlords with a watchful eye on costs. She does this superbly well, all the while keeping our eager tradesmen organised and occupied.

 

Alison is responsible for the accounts side of the business. Landlords are paid in timely fashion, without undue delay, as are tradesman. If you're not being paid promptly, ask your agent why?

 

Finally, Richard conducts property appraisals and ensures your property appears on the most visited portals and websites at the right price, in order to secure you appropriate tenants.
