Nottingham and allowed her to relocate to God's own country, where she has accumulated more local knowledge in two and a half years than most locals do in a lifetime. Rosie, our Property Manager, has the unenviable task  of sorting all maintenance issues on our ever growing managed portfolio. This is a delicate balance between tenants' urgent requirements and landlords with a watchful eye on costs. She does this superbly well, all the while keeping our eager tradesmen organised and occupied.

 

Alison is responsible for the accounts side of the business. Landlords are paid in timely fashion, without undue delay, as are tradesman. If you're not being paid promptly, ask your agent why?
