Cen Draper (MARLA) has been working within the lettings industry since 1999. Cen has a wealth of Knowledge regards the lettings business and the local market.

 

Sophie O`Connor works as Martin & Co Exeter's Property Manager and has gained much knowledge about the Lettings industry on Martin & Co Courses.

Exeter is one of Devon’s historical Cities dating all the way back to the medieval times when it was the centre of a rebellion against William the Conqueror.  Today it is a vibrant City with a thriving tourism for people who want to visit the historical attractions such as the Cathedral and the Copper Mine.  

 

There are a range of residents who have chosen to make Exeter their home. We have families and single professionals who enjoy the diversity of the area.  Exeter City centre has everything to offer in terms of bars, pubs and restaurants and just a few miles away you have access to Dartmoor National Park.  There is a major hospital here so we have many doctors, nurses and hospital staff living in the area.   The other major employers are the Met Office, EDF, Ashfords, Flybe, Southwest Water and the Royal Marines so there is plenty of employment opportunity.
