Cupar lettings agency

The Cupar Office  was opened in 2001 and  well established.  It is located on the main high street in Cupar.

 We are a highly motivated and competent team with excellent local knowledge, invaluable to our customers.  Combined we have over 30 years customer service experience and 15 years in sales so we can provide the highest level letting service to our clients.  

Our area covers the North East Fife from Cupar, Falkland, Freuchie,  Ladybank,  Auchtermuchty,  Newburgh,  St Andrews and Leuchars,  the  East Neuk ,  Glenrothes,  and Levenmouth area.

Kim Godwin.

Having in excess of 13 years experience within a Chartered Surveying office and 25 years experience in Property maintenance Kim has vast knowledge of the Lettings Industry.

Alison Aitken

Our vibrant Lettings Manager in charge of the day to day running of the office. She conducts rental valuations,  viewings, communicates with landlords and tenants, and agrees the terms of the contract with both parties.  Alison has 10 years experience in the property market and many more in sales and customer service.

 

Jackie Godwin

Our highly experienced  Accounts Manager.  She manages the client accounting system on a daily basis and records all payments of rent, deposits, application fees from tenants and corresponding payments to landlords and contractors. She’s a fully qualified Accounts/Bookkeeper with over 20 years experience; she really knows how to keep everything in order!

 

Beverly McCrostie

Our Property Manager who deals with general maintenance and legal issues in relation to the existing managed portfolio.  Bev has three years experience in property management and 10 years in customer service; if you’ve got a problem, she will solve it.

 

Live and rent in Cupar

Fife and its surrounding areas are close to the coast and some of the most beautiful beaches in Scotland. It’s a warm and friendly place to live with a real mix of people.    From ancient castles to cathedrals, gardens to theatres,   bars and restaurants, horse riding, coastal walking to karting,  Fife is the perfect place to be. There are great transport links to Scotland’s major cities - Edinburgh and Glasgow are just an hour or so away.

 

 St Andrews is a big student area, with the famous St Andrews University  located here; we regularly check the notice boards for property listings. Despite its student population the area is known as a peaceful place and has a high density of retirees who are taking benefit of everything it has to offer.  Great restaurants, a range of bars and yearly events such as the fishing  festival make this an exciting place to live, not to forget the world famous and historic golf courses. 

 

Cupar has excellent schools and college. Primarily a residential town. It is popular for commuters with the train station just a few minute walk to the town centre and residential houses. Cupar is only 10 minutes by car to St. Andrews, which makes it an alternative place to live for some St. Andrews students. 

 

East Neuk comprised of small quaint fishing villages and known for its beautiful beaches, stunning sea views and the fishing harbours which provides fresh produce to the local areas. 

 

Glenrothes is a large town located centrally and close to the motorway which makes it ideal place for commuters. It has major shopping and retail centre. There are a number of big manufacturers in this town and few trading estates. It is the home of the Fife Council and a mixed residential area. 

 

Levenmouth is the home of giant whisky manufacturer, Diageo. Another mixed residential area with nice coastal walks, sea views and fine golf courses. Good commuter links to the neighbouring towns.
