Local Letting Agency Honoured with National Award
The Cupar office of Martin & Co - the UK’s award winning lettings and property management agency, has been recognised as the winner of the national award for “Best Market Share”, an award which recognises the volume of business conducted by an office in proportion to the size of the area in which they trade. The award was presented at the company’s annual awards ceremony held in Northamptonshire.
The award, presented by Martin & Co Managing Director, Ian Wilson, celebrates the passion for results and Martin & Co Cupar franchise owner Kim Godwin and his team have been successful in delivering just that.
Commenting on the award, Ian Wilson said that Kim had not only achieved superb results in developing his business this year but had “instantly embraced everything that Martin & Co stands for – integrity, professionalism and straight-talking, good advice. Landlords and tenants alike clearly know where they stand and I have been really impressed with the positive feedback I have received.”
Accepting the award, Kim said, “This award is a real honour and a tribute to the hard work, dedication, and passion of our staff. It also follows close on the heels of Martin & Co winning the “Best Large Letting Chain” category at the ESTAS this year (having won it previously in 2009, 2010 and 2011).
“Such success can only help our business further and give much needed confidence to our clients in this largely unregulated industry in which the right choice of letting agency is of paramount importance,” he added.
