Mystery surrounds a decision to take down most of the Xperience brands from the review site Allagents.
Whitegates, Ellis & amp; Co, and Parkers pages on the site are now all marked & lsquo;error & rsquo;.
However, CJ Hole remains on Allagents & ndash; and is ranked fifth out of 11,594 agents in the UK, with a mark of 4.83 out of a possible five. There have been some noticeably outstanding reviews on its Allagents entry, all mentioning specific CJ Hole staff by name.
CJ Hole has not, according to the site, signed up to the & lsquo;transparent & rsquo; agent scheme.
Martin McKenzie, of Allagents, made no comment about the missing Xperience agents.
Michael Stoop, managing director of Xperience, which is the Legal & amp; General franchise brand for estate agents, confirmed his company & rsquo;s decision to withdraw Whitegates, Ellis & amp; Co and Parkers brand names from AllAgents.
He added: & ldquo;The CJ Hole brand currently remains on the site, but is under review.
& ldquo;We are fully supportive of customer reviews and transparency about our products and services and actively encourage customer feedback.
& ldquo;We have reviewed our requirements in this area, and whilst we have enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Allagents, we feel that the partnership has come to a natural conclusion. We will be looking to further promote the four brands using Google reviews and integrating these within the brand websites. & rdquo;
