Minimising the risk of rent arrears

All of our tenants are referenced and credit checked using state-of-the-art techniques and each 'Accept' reference is backed by an eviction cover that ensures that if, for any reason, the tenant stops paying the rent the legal costs incurred to obtain possession are covered by us (subject to terms and conditions)

Our rate of rent default is vanishingly low, because unlike the "average" agent we continue to check credit status throughout the tenancy and if a serious impediment such as an IVA, or CCJ is recorded on your tenants credit file we will let you know.
