We are pleased to announce that following the government’s guidance on moving home during the coronavirus pandemic, our branches in England have now re-opened for pre-booked appointments, and our branches in Scotland in Wales will start re-opening their doors over the coming days. Health and safety remains our main priority, and in line with government’s advice, a number of strict measures have been put in place to protect our staff and customers. Proud to be a professional ARLA regulated agent

Proud to be a professional ARLA regulated agent
With the recent news that a local letting agent here in Truro was forced to cease trading leaving landlords and tenants money unsafe and rents unpaid, we are proud of that fact that we voluntarily agree to be regulated by the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) to assure all of our clients that Martin & Co Truro are a professional agent. Personally I am also a member of ARLA (MARLA) which shows that I have passed the professional formal exams and am involved in continuous development of my knowledge with regards to the changes in legislation.

What does this mean for you? We have to have 'client money protection' an insurance policy to safeguard all of our clients monies, we are audited regularly and also have to belong to a redress scheme - in our case The Property Ombudsman (TPO).

Martin & Co have always done all we can to lead the way with professionalism in the industry, with even more legislation changes and future regulation of the estate agency sector as a whole almost certain, you would want to be with an agent that isn't fully protected?
