Automated Banking

 No longer do we have to manually input and check each individual transaction. The long and laborious banking process has been cut down and developed into an automated trouble free process due to our new computer system.

 

 A major benefit of our new software package is that it has allowed us to begin using automated banking, this ‘talks’ to our systems and pays you automatically. It will be a great benefit to both us as a business and to you as a Landlord as it will speed up the whole payment procedure which is currently done manually. Furthermore the lack of data input will considerably reduce human error (yes, Tony IS human!) We are in the process of completing test runs and are hopeful that over the coming months you may notice subtle improvements i.e. your emailed statements will offer a link to an online download as opposed to a PDF document. This will benefit any landlord who hasn’t got the latest version of Adobe Reader and are currently struggling to view statements.
