Experienced Property Manager - Rochdale Office

Martin & Co, the award winning national Letting and Estate Agent is offering a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our network as a Property Manager based at the Rochdale office.
A Minimum of One Years' experience within Property Management / Lettings is required.
An NFOPP qualification in Residential Lettings & Property Management would be advantageous, albeit not essential as Martin & Co will provide internal and external training courses / support to help develop you towards this nationally recognised industry qualification.
You must possess a can do attitude and have exceptional organisational skills.
Great communication skills and the ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure is a given as you will be liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
Key aspects of the role will include arranging end of tenancy checkouts, authorising repairs / maintenance, rent arrears, organising management visits, deposit negotiations, submitting rent guarantee claims, issuing section 13 and 21 notices.
Previous experience of using CFP or Jupix lettings software would be a distinct advantage.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1730 and alternate Saturdays 0900 to 1300
