Since launching in mid December 2013 the site has attracted three quarters of a million visits, and has received a million page views, as both landlords and clients have flocked to the new website.
The site features a new property search platform utilising the latest technology, which enables users to conduct fast and comprehensive property searches. With results in as little as 596 milliseconds, the new search is almost four times faster than the previous site.
Complete with even more opportunities for tenants to make enquiries about specific properties or areas, it is no surprise that the new website is more successful than ever, beating its predecessor’s record results in a matter of months.
And it doesn’t end there. The business has big plans for their digital growth by further developing the website, and creating an innovative members portal aimed at both landlords and tenants. The member’s portal will make communication between landlords and offices seamless, as well as provide intelligent tools, which will make it easier for landlords to identify investment opportunities by using real estate data about the area.

The relaunch couldn’t have come at a better time, as interest in the UK property market sky has rocketed. Martin added: “Over 80 per cent of the UK’s population start their property search online, so customers now expect a seamless experience, which is something that we have worked hard to deliver.”
The site is now fully compatible for use on smartphones and tablets as well as on laptops and computers, improving the ease in which tenants can search for and view your property. Martin said: “We have built our own mobile site which has been a great success. Now 40 per cent of our enquiries come through our mobile site, as consumers continuously rely on mobile as their preferred method of searching for properties online.”
Constantly striving for improvement, the team is currently working on new dashboards for landlords and tenants which will allow for better research and management of properties and enquires.
