We have been very busy throughout October as you will probably know from our emails updating you on your move whilst our High Street office was refurbished in the early part of the month.
This has been an extremely difficult time for us but a necessary evil as our office was at capacity and to ensure our quality service to our clients it is essential that we increase our team including employment of a senior negotiator and a Property Manager assistant – to facilitate this we have had to redesign our office completely and now have the space for the expansion required.
We hope this illustrates our commitment to you when it comes to your landlord business and how seriously we take the management of our service and portfolio for our clients
Not only have we had all of these exciting changes in October we have also had a record business month and have let and sold more properties in the month than we ever have since we started trading four years ago in Camberley.
There is a real window of opportunity before we enter deep into the last quarter of the year to achieve excellent sales or rental figures as stock at present is low – if you have a property that you need a tenant for or a property that you wish to sell please do contact us as soon as possible, we are offering excellent fee opportunities for instructions taken in the month of November.
