Â£20,000 - Â£22,000 p/annum (depending on experience / qualifications) plus Commission (OTE Â£23k to Â£25k)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 2pm
Holidays: 28 Days (including Bank Holidays)
This is a varied and challenging role that encompasses all aspects of managing a portfolio of residential properties, from check in to check out, inspections, inventories, certifications, tenancy applications, renewals, deposit disputes/deductions and of course keeping up to speed with the ever changing legal aspects of letting and managing properties.
You will also be responsible for both proactive and reactive maintenance of the portfolio.
Some knowledge of sales / sales progression would be of benefit.
We could ask that you be "a driven and dynamic individual". But to be honest, what is most important to us is that you are a "people person" with the ability to build rapport quickly. That said, you will still need to be highly organized, computer literate, have the ability to multi-task and want to be part of a company / team that treats all employees with honesty and trust.
Should you not currently hold a recognized ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings & Property Management, you must be willing to work towards this. From our side we will help, support and incentivize you towards this goal.
