The best areas to live as a Winchester student

Close to campus

The main University of Winchester campus is on Sparkford Road in the city and much of the managed and privately rented student accommodation is close by.

Student housing on and around Sparkford Road generally comprises purpose-built developments ranging in price from £100 to as much as £300 per room, per week. Some of those higher-end rooms include linen, cleaning services, a gym membership and even a warm croissant in the morning.
