Tenants if your heating stops working, here are a few simple steps to go through before you ring to report the problem.
* Check other gas appliances are working correctly and electrical sockets are working.
* Check the isolation and trip switches in the fuse box are on.
* If you are on a pre-payment meter ensure you have enough credit on.
* Ensure that you have set your timer correctly, remember if you have had a power cut, you may have to re-set the timer.
