LOCATION The Barbican is the name given to the western and northern sides of Sutton Harbour, the original harbour of Plymouth. Two or three streets still retain some of the architecture of an old fishing port. The Barbican has the largest concentration of cobbled streets in Britain, and contains 100 listed buildings. One of the oldest streets in Plymouth running north from the Barbican is now called New Street, it was formerly called Rag Street.

The property is conveniently located within a moment's walk of the City Centre, Sutton Harbour and Plymouth University. The City Centre offers a wide variety of shops and services whilst Sutton Harbour and the Barbican host a variety of restaurants, cafes shops and pubs.

DETAIL The apartment is located on the second floor (accessible by lift). There is a hallway which is home to two storage cupboards: one with meters and the other with the hot water tank.

On the left-hand side of the apartment, there is a double bedroom furnished wardrobe and second wardrobe with a glass fronted wardrobe with drawers beneath. A tenant can provide their own bed.

There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath/WC/WHB.

There is an open plan kitchen/lounge with U-shape kitchen fitted with medium-coloured wooden units, with all appliances; a fitted electric oven and hob, freestanding fridge/freezer and washing machine. The lounge/dining area is a lovely large space, dual aspect and has the benefit of double patio doors onto a small walk on balcony.

VIEWINGS The property would ideally suit a single person or couple who want to be in a quiet area of 'buzzing' Barbican area.
