The Manchester Whitefield office is situated on Bury Old Road in Whitefield. We have been offering our specialist lettings service to landlords and tenants in the area since we opened the office nearly five years ago.
We work closely with many of the other Martin & Co Offices around the UK as this helps improve the Letting Service we offer our clients and Landlords. We are also involved in a lot of local community work.

Earl Hyman – is the franchise owner and has a background in the service industry. He also has the added benefit of having been a landlord for 10 years, so understands exactly what our clients are looking for. Earl places heavy emphasis on professionalism and service to landlords and tenants alike.
Caroline - worked in an Estate Agency for 4 years before joining Martin & Co. She manages the Property Maintenance and administration of the office and is extremely efficient with dealing with problematic issues.
Dayna - Left University and joined us to become our top Lettings Negotiator. Dayna has great flare and is extremely knowledgeable in what the local areas have to offer prospective tenants.
Manchester is steeped in history and cultural significance. In recent years it has undergone extensive redevelopment, especially in the city centre, with an abundance of large shopping centres and contemporary architecture being built.
Manchester today is a centre for business, media, arts, and higher education, with an array of fantastic schools and has two brilliant Universities. These factors all contributed to Manchester polling as the second city of the United Kingdom in 2002. In fact, Manchester was regarded as the best place in the UK to locate a business by the British business leaders, which was published in 2006. And a report published in 2007 by the Manchester Partnership showed Manchester to be the “fastest growing city”
economically. It is also the third most visited city in the whole of the UK by tourists.

Manchester offers excellent transport links, with the Metro Link tram, which has regular stops at the local stations such as Whitefield, Besses o' Barn, Prestwich, and Heaton Park taking you to Manchester Piccadilly Tram & Train Station. You can also jump on a two hour train ride to London Euston station. And it’s close to the M60 Motorway which leads to links to almost anywhere in the UK.
