Seller Referrals

• The Referrer will become entitled to the incentive only once the Seller being referred exchanges the contracts to complete the sale of their property.
• If the sale doesn’t go through regardless of the reason, the Referrer will no longer be entitled to the incentive.
• The Referrer will be entitled to the incentive for each successfully sold property by the Seller being referred using Martin & Co Bognor Regis.

Landlords Referrals

• The Referrer will become entitled to the incentive only once the tenant moves into the property of the Landlord being referred
• If the Landlord being referred withdraws their property from the market, the Referrer will no longer be entitled to the incentive.
• The Referrer will be entitled to the incentive for each successfully let property by the Landlord being referred using Martin & Co Bognor Regis.

Martin & Co Bognor Regis may change, extend or withdraw this offer at any time and without communication.
