HISTORY The earliest surviving building at Maltings Park dates from 1806. It fronts onto The Walls in Manningtree and was the first of eight maltings to be built on this site by Edward Norman, the last being completed in 1828.

The Central Maltings are the most important buildings on this site and required very careful restoration and conversion which took nearly four years to complete.
