SELLERS' TALE " We have lived in this area for about 21 years - we moved from Lower Compton to this lovely bungalow in 2006 . What attracted us, was it has a countryside feel, is lovely and private, has lots of sky and yet there is so much within a few minutes walk of the property. There is a barbers, two hairdressers, a card shop, a unique hardware store, bakers, post office, two pubs and two food stores and petrol station with chemist and Surgery close by too!
As we have always had dogs the two parks and Woodland Trust walks are also a bonus . It's on a major bus route for the City and there is a nearby bus stop for Tavistock too. A choice of supermarkets all within 7 mins drive
We have always felt this is a unique property, many extras have been completed over the years . The parking is lovely and secure and the storage inside and out is more than adequate. It will be a reluctant sale but new adventures await us in the near future. "
