We've spent the last few years renovating and improving our home, which means it's in great shape for its next owner. We love the area and will be staying local to Wanstead, which allows us to stay in touch with our wonderful neighbours on Mansfield road, who are now lifelong friends. The community spirit on Mansfield road is truly fantastic, we set up a street WhatsApp group during the pandemic to help one another which is still very active with neighbours sharing helpful info, jokes and unwanted items. More recently the street came together to organise a street party for the Queens platinum jubilee, with a BBQ, fancy dress competition, "Crufts" dog show, sports day races, ice cream van, a bake off competition, and a much anticipated inaugural "battle of the roads" tug-of-war between Mansfield and Chester road! We will miss living on Mansfield road but are excited for the next residents to enjoy this special road.
