The Square , Cutthorpe

OVERVIEW This is a charismatic house that needs to be viewed to be appreciated, its sense of history almost talks to you as you wander through the rooms. In need of some modernisation the potential is huge! 

FRONT The house is approached from a small side road, the boundary at the front is a small hedge and stone wall. To the left is a parking space in front of the garage and to the right there is room for another car adjacent to the building. At the end of a short path with the garden on either side, the entrance and front door are protected by a small pitched roof. 

ENTRANCE Upon entering the house the wide stairs leading to the first floor are ahead of you with the lounge to the left and the dining room to the right.

GARAGE AND WORKSHOP With one parking space in front of it the large single car garage has one window and leads to the workshop. The workshop is also a large space with windows overlooking the garden. There is a door that leads to the garden and the rear of the house. 

GARDEN Facing south west, the garden is raised and has a small pond. It has a stone wall border, a gate to the side of the studio and access to the garage / workshop.
