In our opinion, these homes are some of best buys when it comes to three bed homes in Thame at the moment. This house is also only a 10-minute walk from the Highstreet. One small drawback here is parking, as it is mainly on road. Although we have never struggled to park close to the home. Sometimes the main square is occupied. This may however be resolved by applying and turning what is a spectacular frontage into a laid driveway as the neighbour has done on the opposite side (subject to the right permissions). It also has a garage in a separate block.

THE PROPERTY - THE AREA: Conduit, is located approximately fifteen/twenty minutes' walk from the Thame High Street. For those commuting into Thame, and the surrounding area. The A4129 provides quick and easy access to the M40 and A34 allowing for quick commuting both north and south. In addition, it is only nine minutes' drive from Haddenham & Thame Parkway for those going further afield. The house form part of a housing estate behind the main highstreets in Thame, home to a multitude of houses built during the 1960's/70's/80's/90s. A place, which is resident to many working professionals and growing families. In particular, Vane Road is located in a small cul-de-sac shared by only other houses.
