SELLERS' TALE " During our time in our home we have certainly made use of Mutley Plain, as it's literally on our doorstep. It's location lends itself to being a great base for the University, Drake Circus, The Box and many central elements of Plymouth. It's Close proximity to Plymouth College and surrounding schools, would be great for families along with the lovely Thorn Park and only a short walk from Central Park. In the time we have spent in our home, it has certainly been a hive of activity as we always have friends and family visiting. During lockdown we made good use of the garden and utilised the space, by building a decked area to rest and relax in as it's a fantastic, south facing , suntrap of a garden. The focus of our get togethers is most definitely the garden bar, which recently won the Cuprinol Shed of the Year in its category. It's certainly been a talking point and a well enjoyed addition to our garden. I will miss this much loved family home due to it's character and space and the lovely open fire at Christmas time.
