Jay, our Block Management Executive, brings a hands-on approach to everything he does. Before swapping sides of the desk, Jay spent decades working as a builder, so he knows maintenace inside and out. His practical experience gives him a unique edge when it comes to managing blocks, making sure everything is running smoothly from the ground up. Outside of work, Jay is a football trainer for a local team and loves getting out in nature for a good camping trip. Whether he’s managing properties or coaching football, Jay’s always on the ball!
