Druids Heath sprung up in the 1960s as a purpose-built estate and is now enjoying a phase of regeneration.
Five of the high-rise flats that dominated the Druids Heath skyline are being demolished, with a Â£43million plan for 250 new homes in the area by 2024.

The B14 area is around 6.5 miles south of Birmingham city centre, making it a perfect location for those looking for a great suburb close to the Second City.

The A435 runs right through the middle of the B14 area and runs directly north on to the A4540 Birmingham ring road known as the Middleway.

The nearest railway station to the B14 area is Yardley Wood, which offers regular train services into Birmingham Moor Street in just 13 minutes.
Yardley Wood also provides direct services to Stratford-upon-Avon in around 40 minutes.

The B14 area is just 11 miles from Birmingham Airport â€“ a 24-minute journey via the M42.
