We have invested in a brand new software which enhances our abilities to invest in individual clients to better their delivery of our service and our properties, enabling us to find luxurious property matches in the client's desired area in a matter of seconds. This will not only benefit our process in-office but it will also ensure that clients, whether they are homeowners, landlords, tenants, or aspiring tenants, have a smooth and stress free experience in buying or renting with us.
Alongside this we are currently undergoing segregation of our office into two departments, which will aid us in our development as it will mean that each dedicated office will handle inquiries in a more productive, efficient and effective way. This will enhance our existing qualities of dedication and commitment to each client. To add to our second office we are currently going through the process of hiring new employees to assist this transition and to allow our properties to be administrated, managed and to offer the most personal support to landlords and tenants alike throughout their association and relationship with us.
