Persimmon has not yet released plans to the open market or details of prices but expect these homes to compete with the Taylor Wimpy development at Pen An Dre (the old Richard Lander School site) of the Highertown Road.
Much of the Taylor Wimpy development has already been sold although construction is on going. While many landlords have chosen to invest in the site, there has been a good mix of owner occupiers, rental and some have been sold to Devon & Cornwall Housing and on the 'shared ownership' scheme.
The Persimmon site promises a similar mix and competitive market prices and should prove (watch this space for prices when they are released!) to be a good choice for investment and for Truro as a city where the demands on housing continue to grow.
