If sellers simply want to list their property on Rightmove and other property portal websites then that is all they need to pay for. Martin & Co says it can cut sellers costs by up to 90%, compared to traditional commission based charging.
One of the problems frequently found by estate agents is a high turnover of staff. Young people, frequently with little or no local knowledge are employed on low salaries with high potential bonus earnings, and then find the pressure of targets means they move on rapidly.
