A Landlord came to us, with a conundrum. She had a very nice property that was for sale, and a couple she knew wanted to buy it. The trouble was, at this moment in time, the couple were unable to get a mortgage. The property had been on the market for some time and the Landlord was very keen for the couple to have the house. They have agreed that the couple would rent it for a year or so, until they were in the position to purchase the property.
So – no market appraisal needed, and no need to carry out viewings. We tailored our services and the costing to meet the landlord’s needs. The result?
