This year’s summer rush surpassed expectations with stock of good properties being let at an astonishing rate. The market was fuelled again by JLR graduates, Aston Martin graduates, doctors and professionals locating to Leamington Spa. As a consequence rent increased again in Leamington andWarwickwith high demand and not enough stock. For those thinking of extending the portfolio strong demands are for one & two bedroom apartments, this type of property was let on average within seven days of marketing during the summer, the location for these type of properties is as usual north of the river.
I would be honest and say that the great levels of business through the summer increased our stress levels in the office, however we maintained our customer service levels and that is down to the big efforts of Lauren and Jack in the office.
