A new approved tenancy deposit scheme has been launched by Capita. Capita Tenancy Deposit Protection has been ok’d be the Government and will now offer a dispute resolution service via the Ombudsman Services and will the fourth provider available in England and Wales.
Capita’s prices start at £15 per tenancy for landlords and regulated agents is £9.50 (regulated meaning part of NALS, RICS, NAEA or UKALA). The cost un-regulated agents is a costly £30.
