Felicia has a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure she meets her targets after a demanding career, managing a cleaning company in the United Arab Emirates. She said: “I greatly enjoyed the challenge of making my previous company a successful and reputable business within Abu Dhabi, where quality of service and customer expectations are both exceptionally high.
“My partner, Jonathan Sampson, is a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Navy and now after 24 years of service he is looking forward to the new and exciting challenge that our new venture will bring and as a proud Cornishman the area in which we launch was never really up for debate!
Martin & Co Falmouth is the latest office to open in the network, with its nearest neighbour located in Truro that has been trading in the area since 2006. Felicia said: “We want to bring energy and a fresh perspective on the lettings market in the Falmouth area– my customers, both landlords and tenants, will always come first!”
