Property Manager Required

We are seeking a mature, level headed person to become part of our team managing a portfolio of properties. 

The ideal candidate may have had previous experience in lettings or within managing property, but we will also consider candidates from other backgrounds with transferable skills including customer service. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail is a must and the ability to multitask and work under pressure, whilst maintaining a calm manner will be required. 

The Property Manager will need to be able to deliver a quality service whilst meeting timely deadlines and have the ability to manage a busy diary to provide property management services to our landlords and tenants. The need to be able to resolve checkout disputes is essential and have the gravitas to control awkward and challenging problems. 

Excellent communication skills both written and oral will be mandatory. Car driver is essential as there may be some property visits required.
