Welcome to Martin & Co Danbury

We’re proud to have been serving the Danbury area for 14 years, with the last 3 years from our local Danbury Office, offering a wide range of properties for sale and to rent, not only in Danbury but also in surrounding villages including Bicknacre, The Walters, South Woodham Ferrers, Maldon, North Fambridge and the Dengie peninsula. Our Chelmsford Office covers the Chelmsford and surrounding areas, so we provide more coverage than other local agents.

Martin Orchard, who is responsible for running the Danbury Office, has 15 years of experience as a company director running a successful residential sales and lettings business across two offices in Chelmsford and Danbury. Martin lives nearby in South Woodham Ferrers where he has resided for the past 39 years, so knows the area and surrounding villages extremely well, and can advise on local facilities to help you find the perfect location and property to move to.

Martin holds both the NAEA license for Sales as well as the ARLA license for lettings, has much experience to assist you, as well as the full service back up of the professional lettings team based in the Chelmsford Office.

Alongside Martin is his Spouse Alison, also a previous company director with similar experience.
