Landlords Must Make Right to Rent Checks from February 2016

The Home Office has today announced the roll out of Right to Rent checks as part of the Immigration Act 2014.

 As a consequence, from 1 February 2016 all landlords and letting agents in England will need to make identification checks on all adult occupiers about to rent a property.
