AUDLEM BATTING FOR MARTIN&CO!

AUDLEM BATTING FOR MARTIN&CO!

South Cheshire property specialists Martin & Co recently unveiled a new sponsorship deal with Audlem Cricket Club, who play in the Cheshire Alliance. The 2 year contract will see the team wear the Martin & Co logo on their cricket strip and other equipment.

The logo shows the now familiar green and blue Martin and Co ‘house’, and the ‘sales, investment, lettings’ strapline underneath.

Director Shaun Cafferty explained:

“We are delighted to help Audlem Cricket Club. They are not the biggest or richest club in the cricket world, and they depend heavily on the players themselves to do all the hard work to keep the club running successfully. What they do is very commendable, and we felt they deserved our support. We have quite a big client base in Audlem, which is a desirable village for house sales and rentals, so it was nice to put something tangible back into a community that has supported us so much. We are very much a local business”.

“It was also an opportunity to launch our new logo, which emphasises the more rounded approach we are taking by including property investment and sales. Our clients are looking for help with acquiring and disposing of properties, and good quality property investment advice. We have pioneered the selling of properties with sitting tenants from one landlord to another, which has proved very popular. The selling landlord keeps his rental income until it sells, the buying landlord gets a tenant from day one with a proven track record, and the tenant can happily stay put. Everybody wins!”

“This must have rubbed off on the cricket team, because once they got their new ‘Martin & Co’ kit, the Audlem team won their next four games on the bounce!”

Audlem captain Richard Wilson said:

“We are delighted with Martin & Co’s support, which has made a real difference to us. We have got to know the company and the people there, and we are proud to promote them around Cheshire”.

Martin & Co also sponsor the footballing youngsters at Alsager AFC, and are this year sponsors at the Pony Club’s Northern Novice Championships (Eventing, Dressage and Show Jumping) to be held near Tarporley.
