Angela Says … Get the Advert Right

 

With tenant spending just 3 seconds viewing the summary of each property, you’ve got to grab their attention quickly. When advertising a property Martin & Co Crawley bear in mind the target market for each individual property and, along with facts, provides tenants with an honest description.  The top five questions asked by tenants when making enquiries are:

1)      How many bedrooms?

2)      How much is the rent?

3)      If it furnished or unfurnished?

4)      The type of property?

5)      Does it have parking?

As long as your advert includes the answers to the above and any other special features such as transport links your advert is doing what it’s meant to.  It’s also important that your advert complies with legislation.  It is now a legal requirement for the EPC rating to be displayed on all properties offered to the market.
