On Friday 1st May the flat will be sold to a private purchaser so ending our association with your company. However I didn't want the opportunity lost to draw to your attention the wonderful service we have had recently from Bianca Atkins in your Cirencester office. She has been unfailingly efficient and swift in responding to our enquiries, phone calls and e-mails. She has ensured that dealings with the tenant, purchasers and estate agents have been handled with courtesy and professionalism. What she says she will do is always followed through. Selling a property can be a stressful experience and not helped if you have to chase up solicitors and estate agents.
