The future landscape of Camberley is set to change as a huge £310 million regeneration plan is coming to town. Surrey Heath Borough Council laid out its vision for the future of Camberley which includes a new Town centre, many of the infrastructures will also be improved giving the Town a welcomed lift.

Here at Martin & Co Camberley we believe this news is great for the local residents, Camberley continues to strengthen in stature. Camberley has already seen the benefit of the Atrium complex giving access to a variety of high profile shops, bars and restaurants which has, coupled with an increasing market seen rental values increase over the last three years along with house prices. The further development is an exciting prospect for the longevity and financial well being of Camberley, with this exciting news Camberley’s desirability as a place to live grows.

With work starting soon and expected to be finished by 2018 we are really excited to see what the future holds, as well as the town centre improvements there will also be improvements to the Guildford railway station and the A30 London Road Block improving links in and out of the Town.
