They are ideally looking for a property that wouldn’t be too far their work and would provide them with an easy daily commute. The property should have 2 spacious bedrooms and a large living area. Ideally they would be looking to move into the property by the end of November.
In relation to tenancy length, they would prefer to go for 6 months initially. However would be looking to extend.
