Martin & Co Portsmouth has joined the network’s latest campaign “Let it fast or let it free!” This is great news for homeowners who are currently struggling to sell their property in Portsmouth, Southsea and surrounding areas.

“For too long”, comments, Kelly Greenwood, “lettings have been treated as a sideline by estate agents who are understandably much more interested in sales. “However, the truth is that lettings is a separate segment of the property market in its own right.”

“Yet with the credit crunch and the continuing slowdown in sales, demand for rented accommodation is very much on the increase. Given this - plus the fact that industry pundits all agree that lettings nationally are set to boom, it’s never been a better time to think about becoming a landlord,” adds Kelly.
