Rochdale Council Accredited Letting Agent Scheme
The annual Rochdale Council Landlord Accreditation Scheme Forum was held at Rochdale Football Club on the 27/3/08.
RMBC Accredited Letting Agent Press Release
During the evening the new Local Housing Allowance rates were published and Accredited Letting Agent scheme launched.
Martin & Co Rochdale are pleased to announce that during an award ceremony held during the evening it was announced that Martin & Co Rochdale had been awarded the coveted Accredited Letting Agent title, one of only three agents to be awarded the title within the Rochdale area.
The award and recognition is the culmination of a year working along side RMBC Landlord Accreditation Scheme to develop the standards required to join and be recognised within the scheme. As a Franchise of Martin & Co we were please to find that the best practise of the group is reflected within the accreditation, although as you would expect we have had to make some changes to meet the grade, all of which I am pleased to announce are to the benefit of our landlords and tenants.
