Martin & Co chosen as preferred letting agent by Homes for Heroes
After extensive due diligence, Homes for Heroes have appointed Martin & Co as preferred letting agent to their clients. Homes for Heroes was set up by a group of recently retired officers with a mission to help forces personnel to purchase property and also to donate 50% of profits to forces charities; specifically those that support homeless ex-forces personnel (currently 5,000).
Homes for Heroes have strategic relationships with key suppliers in the industry to secure great deals for serving forces personnel and ensure that they are well looked after; particularly important when serving abroad.
For those that buy property to rent as an investment, Martin & Co have been chosen to provide a comprehensive letting service through their network of over 170 offices.
In addition, Martin & Co are proud to contribute £ 100 for every fully managed property instruction to the nominated charities of Homes for Heroes.
