In the last three and a half years Martin and Co Truro have had phenomenal success and have gone from strength to strength. Because letting is our core business and that is all we do, we are able to provide a personalized, quality service to each and every one of our clients. This is verified by the fact that 80% of our new business comes from recommendations. We would like to take this seasonal opportunity to thank all of our landlords, property investors and, of course, our tenants. We thank you because without you all we would not be in such a prominent place within the lettings market in Cornwall today. With the support of our dedicated five strong in house team as well as our head office legal team, development team and media team our aim is to continue to provide the quality of service that we feel is still second to none in the county and justifies its award winning status.
