Martin & Co Oxford through to finals for National Award
The national awards are organised in association with The Digital Property Group, FindaProperty.com and Primelocation.com. Up against stiff competition, this is the second year in a row Martin & Co have reached the finals. The event is the premier nationwide awards scheme for letting and estate agents in the UK.
Clare Bettelley, editor of The Negotiator, a leading magazine for the world of estate agency, said. "We've had a terrific response and Martin & Co Oxford have done brilliantly to get shortlisted from such a huge field. This is an industry awash with talent, entrepreneurialism and creativity, so we're delighted we are able to organise a ceremony to reward those firms that are delivering industry best practice".
Owners of Martin & Co Oxford, father and daughter team Bob and Claire Urwin, and their staff, have achieved exceptional growth for the business over the last 3 years, to the benefit of their landlords and tenants, whilst introducing a number of fresh, new, customer-focused ideas.
Richard Martin, founder and chairman of Martin & Co said that Bob and Claire are not only achieving superb results for many landlords in Oxfordshire but had "instantly embraced everything Martin & Co stands for - integrity, professionalism and straight-talking good advice. Landlords and tenants alike know where they stand with Martin & Co Oxford and I have been very impressed with the positive feedback I have received".
This latest recognition follows other major UK honours for the Oxford firm, including a silver ESTA award for ‘Best Letting Agency' (Southern Region) and it was selected from 160 offices as ‘Best Brand Ambassador' at the company's 2009 award ceremony.
Claire Urwin said: "Such success can only help give confidence to our clients in this largely unregulated industry where choice of agent is of paramount importance"
