FAST growing Newport lettings specialists Martin & Co have expanded
The existing office has been knocked through to make a fantastic open plan space, this office deals with new business. The new office next door doubles the office space; they now have a separate property management and accounts office. Specialist phone systems have been put in place directing customers to the correct person with over 10 telephone lines. 24 hour emergency maintenance support is also available to ensure customers receive the best service levels. An additional space has been created at the back of the offices to provide separate meeting rooms to provide a customer services centre to enhance support to existing clients, and a property investment bureau, where potential investors can confidentially discuss their options with specialist consultants.
The team has also expanded with seven new members of staff taken on through 2008; they now have 12 staff dedicated to lettings.
