We register deposits exclusively with The Deposit Protection Service. This ensures that you can be certain that tenants deposit money is safe and secure no matter what happens to our business. Have you heard of agents going out of business and deposits missing? That CANNOT happen with Martin & Co (Gravesend).
As a landlord you may think that this is the tenant's concern rather than yours. Think again. If the tenants deposit is misappropriated by the agent you have employed it is very likely that YOU will be held responsible for repaying the deposit at the end of the tenancy if the agent does or can not.
