Training Spree!
Following a very busy and successful summer, now we are concentrating on improvement for the following year.
We normally conduct in-house training every Wednesday throughout the year. On top of that in the last three months our team members have completed 21 courses altogether. These courses were organised by Martin & Co Training Academy around different locations in the UK, and included a wide variety of subjects including:
- ‘How to keep customers satisfied on the phone' (9 attendees)
- ‘Representing landlords responsibly' (2 attendees)
- ‘Accounts' (2 attendees)
- ‘How to achieve sales by telephone' (one attendee)
- ‘How to win instructions' (two attendees)
- 'Business generation and sales planning' (one attendee)
