Michael van de Vyver is our Director and has been in the industry for over 12 years & having lived in the area for most of his life knows his area & clientele exceptionally well.

Andy Sewell is our Sales & Lettings Manager, he’s been in the property business for over 7 years & has vast experience in sales & lettings within Kensington & Chelsea.

Tom Moses is a Senior Negotiator with several years of property experience in Central London. Tom lives locally & has a fantastic knowledge of our area which clients love.

Benita Robertson is our new Senior Negotiator, she has worked in the property business for many years, and is an invaluable addition to our team.

Marie Lambert is our Client Services Manager. She has several years experience in both Lettings & Estate Agency. Her role is vital in maintaining client satisfaction at Martin & Co.

Rita Bil is the Property Manager. She organises smooth running of the management team through organised systems & great people skills.

Lucy Wealthy is our Assistant Property Manager & has years of experience in the industry. Her organisational skills & ability help our landlords & tenants are second to none.

Matthew Cook is our Property Accounts Manager who previously worked with Savills & WA Ellis. Matthew has qualifications on top of qualifications in this industry. His wealth of property experience proves invaluable daily.

Leander Brister is our Office Manager & organises the office & team who couldn't cope without her frankly! Leander comes from an events background so logistics are her speciality.

Pete du Pon is our assistant marketeer charged with creating new business and property marketing.

George Christo is our Finance Director. George runs the accounts department & his team is vital to our long standing client relationships & business as a whole. George looks after & advises our oversea landlords.
