Sarb Rai runs both the Brentford and Ealing branches. He has a background in management, but has been working in the lettings industry for a number of years now. Sarb has taken the bold decision and financial commitment in these current economic times not only to expand the business by opening a second office in Ealing Broadway but also to enter the Estate Agent market and start Sales. He believes that even though many still think the housing market is not moving, now is the "smart money" time to invest in property. Forward thinking, pro-active and not scared to get his hands dirty, feel free to ask him any questions on residential lettings and Sales market in the Ealing, Acton, Hanwell and Brentford areas. 

A warm welcome to Laura Hockey who has just joined our growing team as Lettings Negotiator. Laura has just graduated from university and already proving that her chosen career path in residential lettings is the right decision by not only having a record breaking month of deals, but also become first point of contact for a number of developers we work with, including Berkeley Homes who are builders of the new Naper West 3 compex in W3.   

Charlotte Barzey-Calvert has a background in legal property industry working previously in conveyancing law. Her excellent knowledge of the local area will ensure that she can find the most suitable property in the right location for our corporate and professional tenants. Charlotte will soon be point of contact for Sales in Ealing, a new and much demanded service we will be offering for our existing and new clients looking to expand their portfolios or even their first step on the property ladder.

In the background, Carly Forrest carries out the day to day administration and property management including inspections. Carly's previous experience in credit control and office management makes her the backbone of this successful team.
